Objects of the quality service: control of functioning of quality and safety management systems at the enterprise according to standards requirements, realization of laboratory quality control of manufactured products at all production stages: from an initial stage - the checking of incoming raw materials – up to finished goods quality control. The laboratory control is carried out by the central and 8 workshop laboratories.
Since 2005 at PJSC “Poltavakonditer” there has been introduced and certified the Quality Management System that is confirmed by certificates on quality system conformity to requirements of UNSS ISO 9001-2001 and International standard ISO 9001-2000. Besides, the Food Safety Management System was worked out and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000:2005 “Food Safety Management System – requirements to the organizations of the production and delivery chain”. The integrated systems QMS and FSMS allow to reveal, estimate, control and manage quality and food risks at all production stages.
The second production site, first in Ukraine, is fully certificated by system HACCP. It enabled us to sell products in Western Europe.
